Walking through the woods alone

Silence all around

Hauntingly beautiful as I roam

Sparkling crystals on the ground

Footprints deep inside the snow

'Round the pond I follow

Sunlight casts its golden glow

Hemlock in the hollow

Rushing water o'er the falls

From melting crystals flow

Icicles adorn the walls

Rushing water makes them grow

Glistening beauty everywhere

Nature meets its goal

It's reached inside with winter's flare

And soothed my weary soul
